ICNSC 2019 does not accept any new submission. The authors of the
accepted papers are invited to submit their camera ready papers
according to the following instructions.
- Prepare your final manuscript(s) according to the template at
http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html.
Be sure to use US Letter. - Add the copyright notice to the bottom left of the first page of your source document.
The copyright notice has to be as follows:

Here you can find a PDF template that shows how the copyright notice has to be inserted on the bottom left of the first page. - Proofread and check the layout of your manuscript (it is highly recommended that you do this BEFORE going to IEEE PDF eXpress).
- Create an IEEE PDF eXpress account at http://www.pdf-express.org/ (conference ID is 45623X).
- Upload source file(s) for Conversion and/or PDF(s) for Checking.
- Send a zip file with
your final PDF eXpress checked paper and your copyright transfer to
icnsc2019@gmail.com.
Please, write in the email subject your easychair paper number.
- Upload your final PDF file created or checked by IEEE PDF eXpress to EasyChair.
